Large Items

What Is Pallet Delivery?

Pallet delivery is a kerbside drop-off service. Your furniture is transported securely on a pallet and delivered to an accessible location at the kerbside or driveway.

The delivery driver will not carry the furniture into your home, unpack it or assemble it. Please ensure you have suitable assistance available to move the item into your property.

Single-Man Delivery

In some cases, your order may be delivered by a single driver rather than a pallet delivery service.

This is also a drop-off service, with the furniture delivered to an accessible kerbside or driveway location. The driver will not carry the item into your home or provide assembly.

Due to the size and weight of some of our furniture, please ensure you have suitable assistance available to move your order into your property.

Extra Large Items – Home Bar Collection Only

Our extra-large Home Bar collection is delivered directly by the RSD Furniture team.

Our team will deliver your home bar, assemble it and remove the packaging as part of the delivery service.

Free UK Mainland Delivery

We offer free delivery to England, Wales and mainland Scotland on eligible orders, subject to the exceptions outlined below.

There are no hidden delivery fees for eligible mainland UK deliveries.

Scotland – Home Bar Collection

For our Home Bar collection, and some other large or oversized items, an additional delivery charge may apply to Scottish addresses.

Please contact us for an exact delivery quote before placing your order.

Northern Ireland

Unfortunately, we are currently unable to deliver to Northern Ireland.

We sincerely apologise for any inconvenience this may cause. Please contact us if you have any questions.

Made to Order

All our furniture is handmade to order.

As each item is made specifically for you, delivery lead times vary depending on the product.

Please always check the individual product page for the estimated lead time before placing your order.

• All delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed.

• Occasionally, production or delivery may take longer than expected.

• If there is a delay affecting your order, we will notify you as soon as possible.

• Delivery dates and arrangements may depend on the delivery method and your location.

We will always do our best to accommodate urgent requests, although faster delivery cannot be guaranteed.

Delivery & Set-Up Service

Home Bar collection only: Delivery, assembly and packaging removal are included when delivered by the RSD Furniture team.

All other items: Delivery is normally a kerbside or driveway drop-off service. A two-person delivery or additional assistance may be available for an extra charge, subject to availability. Please contact us to discuss your requirements before ordering.

Tracking & Delivery Notifications

Pallet Deliveries

Tracking details will be provided once your order has been dispatched, usually the day before delivery.

Please note: Tracking is available for pallet deliveries only. Single-man drop-off deliveries may not include tracking.

RSD Furniture Deliveries

For deliveries carried out by the RSD Furniture team, you will receive a two-hour delivery time slot by text message the day before delivery, so you know when to expect your order.

Please ensure we have your correct mobile number when placing your order.
