Cancellations
We regret to inform you that we are unable to accept cancellations. As our products are made to order, placing an order with us means you're commissioning a custom item based on the product shown in the picture. Once your order is confirmed, we source the necessary materials to begin fabrication.
This approach helps us minimize the impact of frequent price fluctuations in materials like steel and wood, allowing us to keep our prices competitive. In certain circumstances, we may be able to accommodate a cancellation request, but please note that an administrative fee may apply.
