Orders, Cancellations & Returns Policy
All of our furniture and large items are made to order. By placing an order with us, you are commissioning a bespoke item to be produced specifically for you, based on the product images, descriptions, and specifications shown at the time of purchase.
Each item is individually manufactured, and materials are allocated shortly after an order is placed. For this reason, cancellations and returns for made-to-order goods have different conditions from standard off-the-shelf products. Details are set out clearly in the policy below.
Smaller / Standard Items
48-Hour Cooling-Off Period (Free Cancellation)
You may cancel your order within 48 hours of placing it, free of charge, provided the item has not yet been dispatched.
Cancellations After 48 Hours
If you wish to cancel your order after the 48-hour cooling-off period, a 15% administrative fee will be deducted from your refund.
This fee covers the time, processing, and material allocation already committed to your order.
If the item has already been dispatched, cancellation will be treated as a return, and the conditions below will apply.
14-Day Return Window (Change of Mind)
You may return smaller/standard items within 14 days of delivery, provided the item is:

Unused
-
Undamaged
-
In its original packaging
-
In fully resaleable condition
Important: For all change-of-mind returns (excluding faulty or damaged items), a 15% administrative fee will be deducted from your refund.
Return Postage
Return postage is at the buyer’s expense for change-of-mind returns.
You may use any courier of your choice, and using a tracked service is strongly recommended.
Faulty or Damaged Items
If your item arrives damaged or faulty:

Contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

We will cover all postage and handling costs to repair, replace, or return the item.

No admin fee applies.
Large / Bulky Items (e.g., Drinks Cabinets, Home Bars, Furniture)
48-Hour Cooling-Off Period (Free Cancellation)
You may cancel your large/bulky item order within 48 hours, free of charge, provided production has not begun.
Cancellations After 48 Hours
After the cooling-off period, a 15% administrative fee will be deducted from your refund to cover planning, scheduling, and material allocation.
When Cancellation Is No Longer Possible
Once production has begun, large/bulky items cannot be cancelled.
Orders in production will need to be handled as returns under the policy below.
14-Day Return Window (Change of Mind)
Large/bulky items can be returned within 14 days of delivery if:

Undamaged

In secure, original packaging suitable for transport

Collection of Bulky Items
Due to size and weight, all bulky item change-of-mind returns will need to be collected by our team.

A collection cost will be provided in advance and deducted from your refund.

Please note that collection can be costly, depending on item size, weight, and your location.

For faulty or damaged items, collection costs are covered by us, and no admin fee applies.
Condition Deductions
Items returned used, damaged, modified, or poorly packaged may have additional deductions to cover repair or loss in value.
Faulty or Damaged Large Items
If your large item arrives damaged or faulty:

We will cover all costs, including repair, replacement, or free collection.
