This wax polish not only brings out the natural grain and characteristics of the wood, but also provides a luxurious look and feel. To prevent watermarks, we recommend using coasters. In the event of a spill, simply wipe away the water using a damp cloth. It is important to avoid using harsh cleaning products, as these can cause the wax to fade. If watermarks do appear, you can apply the appropriate colour wax polish to the affected area using a white microfiber cloth. Gently rub the wax in with the grain and finish off with a quick buff.

For surfaces that will be subjected to heavy use, such as home bar worktops and dining table tops, we apply a clear satin lacquer finish for extra durability.

 

In certain products such as our home bars and TV stands, we use hot rolled steel sheet side and back paneling. This type of steel sheet has a distinct dark blue-grey finish due to the mill scale oxide that forms during the manufacturing process. The unique cooling process during production allows the metal to oxidize, resulting in slight color variations across each sheet. This means that every one of our products is truly one-of-a-kind, showcasing the natural beauty of the hot rolled steel.

Delivery to Scotland:

For some of our very large items, there may be an additional charge for delivery to Scotland. If you are located in Scotland and would like to purchase one of these items, please get in touch with us to discuss the delivery options and pricing.


Dispatch Timeframe:

We always strive to dispatch orders as quickly as possible. Generally, orders are dispatched within the indicated timeframe stated in the product description. However, in case of any slight delay, we will be in touch with you to provide an estimated dispatch date. We value your time and will do everything we can to ensure a smooth and timely delivery.


Smaller Products Delivery:

Smaller products, such as side/end tables, will be delivered via 24-hour couriers such as Parcelforce. When your order is dispatched, you will receive full tracking information for your package. This allows you to keep an eye on the progress of your delivery until it reaches your doorstep.


Larger Products Delivery:

For larger products, such as Home Bars and TV stands, we use a curbside pallet service for delivery unless stated otherwise. Due to the weight of these items, it is advisable to have two people on hand to safely lift them into your property.

Once your order is complete we will contact you to arrange a suitable day for your order to be delivered. Full tracking will be provided and sent to you within the dispatch email.

On arrival the delivery driver will remove the pallet from the truck and place it on your driveway or in your garage if you have one. This ensures convenient and safe delivery of your heavy items.
